PRESERVING HISTORY

Located in the Catskills region of upstate New York, Franklin Village Historic District is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. 438 Main Street in Franklin is one of twelve commercial buildings in the village and the only brick structure, which was constructed in 1869. The Landmark Preservation Guild LLC was formed to restore and preserve this historic property as an effort to support the downtown revitalization of our historic Main Street.
